User Agreement
General Terms
Access and use of the NuVision platform is permitted only to persons who have reached 18 years of age. Persons under 18 years of age cannot use our service.
Liability Limitation
NuVision provides its services "as is" and does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of processed images. Users independently decide on the use of tools and are responsible for any consequences.
Content Responsibility and Image Rights
Users are fully responsible for uploaded images and must ensure that they have all necessary permissions and rights to use them. Claims related to intellectual property infringement will be directed to the user who uploaded the content.
Processing Images of Minors
In case of uploading photos of minors or suspicion of this, we reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities. The user must guarantee that they have legal grounds for uploading such images, complying with all applicable laws and regulations. Violation of this clause may lead to account blocking.
Risks When Using Content
The user acknowledges that some images may be offensive or inappropriate. NuVision is not responsible for damage caused by the use or receipt of such content.
Prohibited Content
Users undertake not to use NuVision to process images containing defamation, discrimination, threats, blackmail or other illegal content.
Payment and Refund Policy
Payment for NuVision services is charged in advance and is non-refundable. We offer various payment methods and reserve the right to change rates and payment methods with prior notice. All transactions are final and non-refundable.
Personal Data Processing
We respect the privacy of our users and are committed to protecting their personal information. Data is processed and stored to improve our services. NuVision does not save photos after processing and does not transfer personal information to third parties without user consent.
Service Changes and Termination
NuVision reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the provision of services at any time, including cases of non-payment or violation of terms, with or without notice.
Terms Update
We may make changes to this agreement and undertake to notify users of significant changes in advance. It is recommended to regularly check the terms of the agreement. Continued use of NuVision after changes means agreement with the updated terms.
Claims Protection
The user agrees to protect and release NuVision, its owners and employees from any claims, losses and expenses related to the use of the service or violation of the terms of the agreement.
Distribution Responsibility
The user is responsible for the distribution of processed images and releases NuVision from obligations for damage caused by their distribution. By using NuVision, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms, including payment and refund provisions.
